Patrick Casey

Patrick is a commercial and intellectual property lawyer with expertise in business sale and purchase arrangements, business structuring, governance, commercial contracts, franchise arrangements and intellectual property matters.

Patrick has proven experience in assisting clients in national and international transactions and the management and resolution of disputes.

He has advised clients in a broad range of industries including food and beverage, manufacturing and retail, building and construction, education, healthcare and IT.
Patrick joined Malloy Goodwin Harford in August 2010 and became a Partner in October 2012. Prior to that he worked at a national law firm in Auckland and an international law firm in London.

Patrick is married with four young children and enjoys the opportunities and challenges that brings, tries regular exercise to keep up, enjoys cooking, and otherwise follows the fortunes of various rugby, cricket and football teams.
