Marise is a property and commercial lawyer.  She advises and assists both private and business clients in all aspects of their residential and commercial dealings including acquisitions, leasing, franchising, financing, joint ventures and property development.  Marise’s work for her private clients also includes family trusts and relationship property agreements.

Sarah joined Malloy Goodwin Harford in April 2014 as a property lawyer. After graduating from Otago University in 2006, Sarah has enjoyed working as a lawyer in Auckland and London.

Sheryl assists clients with a range of residential property transactions, trust formation and asset structuring, trust administration, trust reviews considering the Trusts Act 2019, general estate and succession planning including wills and enduring powers of attorney, applications for probate or letters of administration at the High Court, and ongoing estate administration.
