Sarah Paterson

Sarah is a property lawyer, who advises on the sale and purchase of commercial and residential property, leasing, subdivisions and financing transactions.  Sarah also assists clients with trusts, wills, estates and powers of attorney.

Sarah graduated from the University of Auckland and was admitted to the bar in 2001.  She joined Malloy Goodwin Harford in February 2020 and prior to that Sarah worked at a law firm in the city.

Sarah is married and has two children who are busy with their various activities including in particular her son with cricket.  Sarah enjoys camping, skiing and fishing and is a member of the Parents Association at her children’s school.
